« Snackbar ganztags öffnen Nachts mehr Kontrolle. Nachbarn feierten bis 2.00 Uhr nachts und haben geschrien / Alkohol Partys gemacht Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Tolle Badeaufsicht, sauberer Pool, liebe Leute, toller Service, Nachts auschecken war super, danke für alles :) wir kommen wieder! »

« Lovely clean place would absolutely come back, just a shame we came in low season (which we didn’t know) as there was no entertainment but other than that it was lovely, great pool area »

Hi,Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the weather this springtime was not ideal for grass cover so despite our best efforts certain shady pitches weren't quite as perfect as our assiduous green spaces team would have liked. It's not easy growing rich lawns with the climate and soil makeup of the south Ardèche but we do our best to maintain all our pitches in excellent condition. Nevertheless, we are glad you enjoyed your stay.Best regards

« Our accommodation was mediocre. Not really clean. lots of cobwebs and a very musty smell in the bedrooms. we had no hot water (this was neatly fixed) and halfway through our stay the toilet broke. we had to clean the garden furniture ourselves. I think we left the accommodation cleaner than it was on arrival. »

« Der Platz ist sehr schön und super sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Schwimmbad ist zwar herausragend schön aber das Wasser im April leider so kalt, dass der Außenbereich leider nur von sehr wenigen, kalt Wassererpropten Menschen genutzt wird. Unser Mobilhome hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Leider war das Außenmobiliar verschmutzt und hat in diesem Jahr noch keinen Putzlappen gesehen. Die Region rund um den Platz ist fantastisch. »

« We had a really great time. The facilities are amazing, the accommodation comfortable and relaxing amongst lovely landscaped gardens. And, the entertainment programme was the best. The team putting on the classes, kids club and shows are absolutely incredible and actually really inspiring for our girls, who stayed to the end every single night. It's a lovely location with great access to the rivers and activities and lovely town of Vallon. The only slight negative comment in the limited food options on site, given the number of people. We were a bit disappointed with the restaurant compared to other Yelloh campsites - the food was just OK and it was inflexible, expensive and often stopped serving early. The snack bar was ok, but also had very long queues and waits. Given the size of this site, I think there needs to be more options for eating. But that didn't spoil our stay and we would definitely recommend and also hope to return. »
