« Very nice camping with a lot of facilities. Only points : make more footballfields. One is not enough for such a big camping. Also make more electric loading points for cars. »

« Elke dag goed weer en de camping was eigenlijk van alle noodzakelijke gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast prachtig zwembad met allerlei mogelijkheden tot vermaak, campingwinkel hele dag geopend en animatie de gehele dag. »

We have a range of accommodation types and regularly renew, renovate and upgrade our rental units. « Mooie, goed onderhouden camping. Wordt veel werk besteed aan de buitenruimtes. Strenge controle op bed bezetters bij het zwembad, top! Zwembaden zagen er ook netjes uit. Wij hadden geluk om ruimte te hebben rond onze caravan met schaduw en uitzicht op de bergen, maar veel staan er ook hutje mutje. Caravan was oud met hangende deurtjes, kapotte douche kop, en slechte warm water voorziening in de douche, maar oogde wel schoon (als je niet naar boven keek!). »

Hallo, Hartelijk dank voor uw uitgebreide beoordeling en voor uw complimenten over het onderhoud van de camping, de groene buitenruimtes en onze zwembaden. Fijn om te lezen dat u ook de controle op het reserveren van ligbedden waardeerde. We vinden het belangrijk dat alle gasten eerlijk gebruik kunnen maken van de beschikbare ligbedden. Leuk om te horen dat u bovendien een mooie, schaduwrijke plek met uitzicht op de bergen had en daar zo van heeft kunnen genieten. We vinden het uiteraard jammer om te lezen dat uw caravan op verschillende punten niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. De opmerkingen over de hangende deurtjes en de kapotte douchekop nemen we serieus. Ook uw opmerking over de staat van het interieur en het onderhoud, met name de delen die minder in het oog springen, geven we door aan ons team. Een accommodatie moet bij aankomst overal schoon en goed onderhouden zijn. Nogmaals bedankt voor uw feedback. Deze helpt ons om de punten waarop we nog kunnen verbeteren beter in beeld te krijgen. Hallo, Hartelijk dank voor uw mooie beoordeling! Fijn om te lezen dat u ondanks dit kleine minpunt erg heeft genoten van uw verblijf bij Le Ranc Davaine. Wat betreft de animatie in het Nederlands: we begrijpen uw opmerking. Dit jaar hebben we juist twee Nederlandstalige medewerkers in het animatieteam die regelmatig helpen met vertalingen en ervoor zorgen dat Nederlandstalige gasten de activiteiten en informatie zo goed mogelijk kunnen volgen. We blijven uiteraard kijken naar mogelijkheden om onze Nederlandstalige gasten nog beter te bedienen. Hopelijk mogen we u in de toekomst opnieuw verwelkomen voor een heerlijke vakantie in de Ardèche!
